The Challenge
To attract and capture the attention of customers and visitors passing by a retail store or exhibition, encouraging them to stop and engage. The goal is to drive meaningful interactions that lead to potential conversions and lasting brand recall.
The Solution
An interactive kiosk was strategically placed within the store or event space, featuring an innovative snowboarding gamification experience. Utilizing AR, hand gesture, and body motion recognition, the activity offered an immersive and engaging experience. Participants controlled their snowboarder by tilting their body, jumping, or squatting, navigating through dynamic virtual slopes while avoiding obstacles and collecting stars. Upon completing the game, customers were rewarded, further incentivizing engagement within the store. This perfect blend of challenge and reward kept participants entertained and excited throughout the experience.
The Result
The interactive kiosk game successfully increased foot traffic, drawing crowds to stop and engage at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's booth during SWITCH 2024 and the Cheers store at Changi Airport Terminals. Its captivating interactive gameplay strengthened brand recall, boosted conversions, and encouraged social media sharing, amplifying visibility and impact.
